A positive alternative

One of Goldstar's major customers has won a contract to design and specify all the commercial ventilation for Sunrise Senior Living. Sunrise  offers quality caring accommodation and help with the activities of normal daily living for the elderly throughout the UK. They are justifiably proud of their new positive alternative to traditional forms of elderly care. Thanks to the success of their approach, a number of residential care homes are currently being built or refurbished to a high quality finish.

Goldstar has been appointed to specify and design all the commercial ventilation systems for these projects. Each site has specific requirements from start to finish: ductwork routes, planning requirements and many other site issues. Goldstar works in close conjunction with the customer to complete the work to the highest standards.

The installations require Goldstar to specify and design the ventilation systems to stringent requirements. The ventilation system design includes installation of service spines and Ansul Fire Supression Systems.
